Payment
- Cash, INTERAC, Mastercard, Visa or cheque (payable to the City of Beaconsfield).
- Fee must be paid in full at the time of registration, regardless of session.
- Taxes have been included in the published prices, where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- There is a $35 charge for cheques returned due to insufficient funds.

Residency status
| Residents: |
Individuals living in Beaconsfield may register as residents and pay the advertised price. |

| Non-residents: |
Individuals residing outside of Beaconsfield may register during non-resident periods and pay a 25% surcharge on advertised prices. |

Discount for seniors
- A discount of 25% on registration fees is available to all residents 63 years of age and over upon presentation of proper identification.

Cancellation
Courses may be cancelled or schedules changed due to insufficient registration. Remember some popular courses may be cancelled when everyone waits until the last minute to register. We make a decision several days prior to a program's start date. Please register early to avoid disappointmemt for yourself and others.

Please note:
- Registration by phone or before the registration date is not permitted.
- We can no longer allow individuals to register more than 1 person who does not live at the same address. This rule will be strictly applied.
