Beaconsfield sets its Strategic Plan for 2007-2010
On May 28, City Council has adopted its new Strategic Plan 2007-2010 prepared in collaboration with the firm Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton. Created from a sustainable development perspective, this innovative tool aims to build a dynamic and responsible community. The process that preceded the development of the strategic plan mobilized city employees and council members, partners and citizens whose observations were collected during focus group meetings. This analysis has allowed the City of Beaconsfield to establish a common vision of the community and eight strategic directions. This vision and these directions will be applied by implementing specific strategies and actions. By following clear directions, Beaconsfield can become more successful and effective as well as being able to achieve excellence for the well being of its citizens.
