This By-law regulates the following aspect: the authorization procedure for a SCAOPI which derogates with either by-laws provided for in Chapter IV of the Act respecting land use planning and development. Information can be found about the application to be completed as well as all the documents and information to be provided, the assessment criteria as well as the approval procedure.
