This By-law regulates the following aspects: building permit and certificate of authorization requests in the City of Beaconsfield. Information can be found about building permits include those which must be processed pursuant to By-law BEAC-098 respecting Site Planning and Architectural Integration Programmes. Information can also be found about park fees, certificate of authorization requests including those for demolition of a main building and for signage, pool and spa installation, deck around above-ground pool, gallery, decorative fencing, landscaping along the riverbank, felling of a tree, excavation work, landfilling work, foundations, wood burning systems, detached garages, car ports, sheds, gazebos and pergolas, tennis courts, retaining walls, septic tanks, commercial terraces, filming operations, garage sales, block parties, certificate of occupancy requests and subdivision permit requests.
