Meet and “read” the amazing “books” who decided to open up and let you read their story:

  • Janet, a strong, resilient and now retired women who worked for 35 years with disadvantaged youth who also had numerous mental health crises (in English);
  • Johanne, a 56-year-old woman with bipolar disorder who has experienced mental illness her whole life (in English);
  • Linda, a single mom with chronic depression, fibromyalgia and ADD with a great sense of humour (bilingual);
  • Mark, a single dad living with chronic depression and general anxiety (in English);
  • Nick, who was diagnosed with bipolar / schizoaffective disorder in 2002 (bilingual);
  • Peggy, who was diagnosed with severe depression sixteen years ago and who adores her dog Toby (in English);
  • Russell, who struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts since the age of 12 (bilingual);
  • Tristan, who was diagnosed with four disorders: depression, anxiety, paranoid schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder (bipolar type) (in English).
