General information for summer 2024 registration will be available shortly.

COMPANION SERVICE: The Beaconsfield Day Camp program encourages the participation of children with intellectual or physical disabilities who require the assistance of a companion. This service is aimed at integrating and including the child in regular day camp programming.

If you are interested in this service for your child or wish to receive the request form, please send an email to kathy.kostlivy@beaconsfleld.ca during the month of February. This form must be completed and returned before March 1, 2024, so that your child can be included in the City’s request for companion funding.

Please note that the completion of this form does not constitute a registration in the Day Camp program. Registration procedures will be outlined in the March edition of Contact. Please note that registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and that spots fill up quickly.

Account Validation and Registration

Spaces are limited. Be sure to follow these guidelines to avoid problems on registration day:

All families, both new and returning, must validate their account.

  1. March 15 to March 31, 2023, validate your account by completing the online information form.

  2. Complete a separate form for each child.

  3. Once completed, send the form, along with a photo/scan of proof of residency to camps@beaconsfield.ca

  4. Once validated, you will receive an email including the registration guidelines and your personal identification numbers (PIN). Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a reply.

*Validation of an account does not constitute registration in a camp.
