COVID-19 - Summer Day Camps: More details will be available in the coming weeks following the government's May 21 announcement.

The City is making an effort to allow day camps to be held this summer and to ensure that all hygiene measures can be implemented. We are therefore continuing to plan some of our summer camp programs for the summer of 2020 according to how the situation is evolving and government directives.
Due to the current situation, the Art Camp and the Drop-In Parks Program will not be offered this year.

Given the evolution of the situation surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the announced government guidelines aimed at avoiding unnecessary gatherings, the registration process will be done online only.
  • First step: Validate your account by completing the following information form (PDF) and return it, along with a photo/scan of proof of residency and your child's Medicare card by email to the following address:

  • Repeat this procedure for each child in your family.

  • Once validated, you will receive an e-mail including your registration package and PIN numbers.  If you do not receive an e-mail within 5 days of sending us your forms please call us at 514 428-4520.

This full-service camp is offered to three age groups (6 to 7 years old, 8 to 9 years old and 10 to 13 years old). 

This program is held in 2 different park locations (Options: Beacon Hill chalet or Windermere chalet).

Please take note of the following

  • Registration: the maximum number of registrations in each camp has been reduced to comply withs physical distancing principles. We encourage parents to put their child's name on the waiting lists, as additional spaces may be added later.
  • Only Discovery Junior, Discovery Senior, Discovery Plus, Adventure Beacon Hill and Adventure Windermere camps will be offered.


Parents registered in camp will be receiving a COVID-19 parent’s manual detailing specifics on procedures and activities. This manual will be emailed to parents in late June.

Camp programs, activities, and events may be modified, restructured, or cancelled without notice, according to the Québec government’s instructions and following the established sanitary measures in regards to COVID-19.

To the extent possible, the City of Beaconsfield will implement sanitary and security measures as indicated by the health authorities regarding COVID-19.

The City of Beaconsfield cannot eliminate all risks. Parents have the responsibility to evaluate their child’s medical and physical condition and risks in signing up for camp programs, activities and events. Participants and parents assume the risks and responsibilities arising therefrom.

Participants and parents must abide by all sanitary and security measures, failing which they may be expelled from camp programs, activities and events.

All parents will be required to sign a waiver form before sending their child to camp.



Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the camp programs, activities or events in whole or in part, namely if there is a lack of available staff.

  • If the camp is completely cancelled, the City of Beaconsfield will offer full refunds.
  • If camp is cancelled halfway through the week, refunds will be pro-rated.
  • If parents wish to cancel, please note that the cancellation request must be received in writing seven (7) days prior to the start of the week and will be subject to a fee of $25 (+taxes) per week per participant.
