The City is pleased to announce that City Hall will be open to the public as of Monday, July 27, with no appointment needed.

Given the situation surrounding COVID-19, some precautions need to be taken, therefore, additional measures have been put in place, such as: stations with hand sanitizer and signage to follow. Physical distancing still needs to be maintained at all times. Face coverings are mandatory to enter public buildings. Anyone coming to City Hall refusing to wear a mask will unfortunately be denied access.

In addition, our customer service counters can only accommodate one person at a time. Therefore, we advise you to make an appointment to avoid waiting in line outside the building: 514 428-4400

Please note that appointments with the Urban Planning department will be given priority over walk-ins.
