ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Temporary suspension of team sports activities at the Recreation Centre ice rink

The City announces the temporary suspension of team sports matches, including hockey and ringette, as well as shinny hockey, on the Recreation Centre ice rink.
These activities have been suspended pending the temporary repair of the rink boards, which will take place in a few weeks' time. 

However, we would like to inform you that figure skating and free skating sessions will be maintained, as well as guided practices including skating drills and puck/ring handling. Please consult our open activities schedule for more information. 

We understand that this decision may cause some inconvenience, but it is being taken as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of all participants, especially those involved in contact sports.
