Artisans' Fair 2025

2025 Beaconsfield Artisan's Fair Participation Request Form

The Beaconsfield Artisans' Fair returns on Saturday, September 20. The aim of this event is to support and promote the region's talented artisans. Your application must be submitted before August 30, 2025. This request will not be acknowledged if the form is incomplete. The artisan or association's participation will only be official when :

  • The City approves their request (within 10 days after its reception)
  • A contract is signed by the artisan and by the City
  • The artisan's $30 payment fee is received by the City

Please note that it is the artisan's responsibility to bring all the necessary equipment for his booth (e.g. tables, chairs, extension cords, etc.).
