Objective
The City of Beaconsfield allows the publication of messages of a community or public interest nature that address the population and enhance the promotion of activities and events related to life in Beaconsfield.
AUTHORIZED ORGANIZATIONS
On a limited basis of 2 times a year, only associations recognized by the City are authorized to publish messages in Contact.
OPERATING RULES
Please ensure that your submission complies with the following guidelines:
- The text was submitted before the submission deadline;
- The text is bilingual;
- The text has a maximum of 100 words (in total) or is no longer than 7 lines if it is in the form of an enumeration;
- If you provide an image, it must be in high resolution (300 DPI) for optimum print quality.
Messages containing incoherent text or not meeting the above criteria will be returned for correction.
We reserve the right to make the necessary adjustments in the event of a lack of space due to a high volume of advertisements.
