This short survey aims to collect comments and suggestions from Beaconsfield residents and patrons that have one or more disabilities. We would like your option with regards to the facilities and services available in the City of Beaconsfield.
Your input is important and will help us improve our current services.
This survey is also intended for legal guardians, parents or legal representatives of individuals with one or more disabilities.
