Refund and transfer policy

Refunds are calculated as per the date of reception of the completed Refund Request Form.

Courses/classes

1. Submission of a completed and signed Refund Request Form is required for course withdrawal.

2. Course withdrawal request submitted within 24 hours of the registration will not be subject to an administration fee.

3. Course withdrawal request must be submitted before mid-session and are subject to a $25 (+ tax) administration fee plus a deduction of the cost of the classes already conducted

4. Course withdrawal requests accompanied by a doctor’s note may be submitted at any time during the session and will be subject to a $25 (+ tax) administration fee plus a deduction of the cost of the classes already conducted

5. Transfer requests must be made by mid-session and are subject to a $10 (+tax) administration fee.

6. Registrations are not transferable between participants nor between sessions.

7. If the refund value is less than $10, a credit will be deposited in the member’s account.

8. If the refund value is more the $10, either an account credit or a cheque in the name of the payer may be selected. A cheque request may take up to 4 weeks for processing.

 Day camp

1. All refund requests must be submitted using our online form.

2. Requests received on or before May 31 are subject to a $25 (+ taxes) administration fee per child per week.

3. Requests received on or after June 1 will be subject to a fee of 50% (+ taxes) of the total paid per child, per week.

4. Refund requests received less than 7 business days (the Thursday) prior to the registration week will not be accepted.
