Website, chatbot, newsletter, Contact magazine, social media, citizen portal, Info-Flash, neighbourhood mail… How do you prefer to receive information from your city, and which topics interest you most? Your answers will help us focus our efforts and communicate with you more effectively.
The survey is available in French and English. Answer at your own pace: you can pause and come back later. Every answer counts!
To take part in the survey, the platform will ask you to log in using one of the three available options: a code sent by email, your Facebook account, or your Google account. If you choose the code, it will reach you within seconds; it may, however, end up in your junk mail or, depending on your email provider, under a tab such as Promotions.
