Starting October 4, 2026, the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) will launch a new reservation platform for its shared taxi services.
The new platform is intended to provide a simpler, more consistent reservation experience. Shared taxi services will gradually be brought together in a single STM environment.
Change of provider for route 295
As of October 4, certain shared taxi routes, including Route 295 serving Beaconsfield, will have a new service provider. Service will be transferred from Coop de l’Ouest to VECO.
How to reserve a shared taxi in Beaconsfield
Starting October 4, 2026, customers will need to use the following reservation details:
- Online platform: taxicollectif.stm.info
- Reservation phone number: 450-671-9999
Customers who already have an account will not need to create a new one. They can use their existing login credentials to access the new platform.
